Shipping policy

All orders are processed 1-2 business days after order confirmation. We will send you an order confirmation email, then you will receive another notification when your order is shipped.

We offer free shipping all over Lebanon, please expect your order to arrive within 2-4 business days.

Payment is cash on delivery.

Also, please understand that we do our best to pack and ship our products as soon as possible, and the rest is up to the delivery companies.

We will track your order and do our best to expedite it, but we cannot be held responsible for anything beyond our control.

How can I check the status of my order?

When we fulfill your order, you are supposed to receive the tracking link of your order either by email or by phone number depending on which one you used when you placed the order. Moreover, when your order has been shipped and given to the delivering company, the company will send you a tracking link on your phone number and contact you via WhatsApp.
