Return and Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping with Skinitii We appreciate that you enjoy buying the things we build. We also want to make sure that you have a rewarding experience as you explore, evaluate and purchase our products.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions on Skiniti We will be as short as our lawyers allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase on Skiniti, whether on our website or through instagram DM's, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Skiniti's Privacy Policy.
If there is something wrong with the product you purchased, you must contact us and return your item. We will send you another one thoroughly inspected and make sure it doesn't have any problems.
However the only way would be to follow the following guidelines:
- The product must be in the packaging we sent first.
- The product must have a defect.
We at Skiniti are committed to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product you choose is carefully inspected, checked for defects and packaged with the utmost care. We do this to make sure you fall in love with our products.
Unfortunately, there are times when we may not have the products you have chosen in stock, or we may encounter some problems with our inventory and quality control. In these cases, we may have to cancel the order. It will be communicated to you in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order.
We carry out a thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take the utmost care when packing the product. At the same time we make sure that the packaging is good so that the items are not damaged in transit. Please note that Skiniti is not responsible for damage caused to items during transit or transportation.
We will review the returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines above, we will proceed to send you another one.
However since we only provide payment Cash on delivery in Lebanon, we are sorry that we do not and cannot give refunds on your orders, the only thing we can do is exchange your product for another one, so please make sure that you really want the product before making the purchase.
Shipment
Skiniti will cover the return shipping costs and the cost for sending another one ONLY for the first time, and since we checked the second product before sending it you shouldn't have a problem with it, however, if somehow you couldn't make it work, then the problem should be with you using the product so please contact us for instructions.
Product Availability and Limitations
Due to the popularity and / or supply constraints of some of our products, Skiniti may need to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we are building them as fast as possible. Skiniti reserves the right to change the quantities available for purchase at any time, including after placing an order. Additionally, there may be occasions when Skiniti confirms your order but later he learns that he cannot supply the ordered product. In the event that we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, Skiniti will cancel the order.
